I am Anaïs Skoutariotis, founder of Ana Seas The Day, and I am your travel coach.
After overcoming my anxiety with mindfulness, and surviving a car accident, my life changed forever.
I focused solely on self-growth with solo travel & inner work as tools. I had an abroad experience in Barcelona. I quit my job as a flight attendant in Brussels and moved abroad to Lisbon. I found the meaning and purpose of my life.
I help people like you and me to maximise their self-growth so they can travel purposefully and live intentionally.
